Terms

Terms of use.

Here’s what you’re agreeing to. New purchases are one-time payments with no renewal. You can request a full refund of your one-time purchase within 14 days by emailing support@followthroughprotocol.com. The Follow Through Protocol offers educational support and doesn’t guarantee a result. The full terms are below.

Effective October 26, 2026

Who we are

The Follow Through Protocol (“the Protocol,” “we,” or “us”) is an independently operated service run by its founder, Michael, in Arizona. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Follow Through Protocol is an educational behavior-change service. It does not provide medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or legal advice, and it does not instruct you to do anything unsafe, medically prohibited, dangerous, or illegal. You remain responsible for deciding whether any action is safe and lawful for you. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership.

Account and acceptable use

Keep your account access secure and provide truthful information needed to operate the service. Do not use the service to plan harm, unlawful activity, or behavior a qualified professional has told you not to perform, and do not attempt to interfere with, copy, or resell the service.

One-time purchase and access

New purchases cost $49 USD once, with no automatic renewal. Access lasts for the lifetime of the Follow Through Protocol product while it is operated and made available. The purchase includes the current product and updates made available to this access tier; it does not promise personal coaching, every future product, or indefinite operation. Existing subscriptions remain separate until cancelled; a separate lifetime or complimentary grant survives their cancellation. Stripe processes payments. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer provide access.

Refunds

If The Follow Through Protocol isn’t right for you, email support@followthroughprotocol.com within 14 days of your one-time payment for a full refund of that purchase — no forms, no reason required. This guarantee applies once per customer to your one-time purchase, and refunds are processed within 5 business days. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law; we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in individual cases, and doing so once does not obligate us to do so again.

Optional text reminders

When text reminders are available, you can verify a US or Canadian mobile number and opt in from Settings. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase. Reminder frequency varies, up to 3 per day; verification codes are separate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support. You can also turn reminders off in Settings. After replying STOP, reply START to the same sender before opting in again through Settings. Texts are subject to carrier delays and availability. For help, email support@followthroughprotocol.com.

Your content and our content

The information you enter belongs to you, and you grant us permission to store and process it only as needed to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy notice. The service itself, including its design, text, lessons, framework, and software, belongs to us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Data controls

The Privacy notice explains what is recorded and why. Settings provides data export and deletion-request options. A deletion request starts a reviewed process; it does not mean deletion has already happened. Some billing or security records may be kept where required by the payment processor, the platform, or law.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. One-time purchases have no renewal to cancel. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or is used to cause harm. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

No guarantee of results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular behavioral, personal, health, or financial result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
